You’ll find all these classes at Seaboard Fitness & Wellness. Our goal is to design a group fitness program to help you meet your fitness goals. Because we put our members first, the group fitness program will grow and change with your needs. Not only will you find the classes you know and love, but we will also offer new and cutting-edge classes to challenge you in different ways.

The facility design allows us to offer the classes you want, when you want them.  We have two group fitness studios and one dedicated cycle room designed to offer the perfect environment for each set of classes.

Check out the cycle room where classes are on the schedule from 6am-7pm. Mind and Body classes are scheduled during days and evenings with the best Pilates and Yoga instructors on hand to help mold and shape your physique. The largest group fitness studio will host a plethora of choices ranging from cardio to toning classes.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ARMED & DANGEROUS
Take no prisoners. In 30 minutes, shape and define your arms, shoulders, and upper body with effective, time-efficient methods using a variety of equipment. Workout ends with hard core abdominal training.

BODY WORKS
Total Body Sculpting workout designed to get your body pumped and your heart beating faster with a non-stop mix of music and exercises that focus on flow, rhythm, repetition and fun while building your strength and endurance.
BOSU

Take your workout to the max with this high intensity session on the BOSU – a dome-shaped platform. The BOSU classes will improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength while tightening your core.

BOSU BURN
This BOSU training class combines cardio and sculpt.  Get ready for the burn!

CARDIO DRILLS

Sports conditioning at its best to push you to new levels and improve your physique.

CARDIO STACK
This is the workout for you if you want incredible results. The workout includes intervals of interesting drills, standing core work, kickbox, and seated core.

CHISEL'D
Total Body Workout using weights, bands and Med Balls.  Transitions from one muscle group to the next to benefit both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement and great music keep the heart rate up for an incredible sculpting session.
JUMP ROPE
One of the fastest calorie burners around! Need we say more? You’ll want to try this class!

KICKBOX
Tried, true and still one of the hottest classes and biggest calorie burners. Utilize boxing moves, including kicks and punches, to work the upper and lower body.

PILATES
Lengthen and strengthen muscles, build core strength, power and endurance with Pilates

SPINergy
A fun-filled high-energy class that will burn carlories like crazy. Experience riding indoors with purpose and intention!!  Cycle is a great cardio workout for people of all fitness levels.
STEP JAM
Move and groove on the step. A challenging, fun, and great workout .

TURBOKICK
The hottest kickboxing class around!  Kick, punch and groove away the calories in this action-packed, fun and effective cardiovascular workout!

YOGA
Discover yoga classes designed to improve alignment, endurance, flexibility and strength.

ZONE
A 60-minute circuit training session including sport specific cardiovascular and strength training stations.  This very challenging full body workout will build muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Get ready to move!
